We are sorry to hear that the Beef Tendons were not suitable for your mini poodle.
After receiving your email, we corresponded with you on several occasions to better understand the issue. Beef tendons are a natural product and can vary in size, thickness and hardness from piece to piece. We explained that these are intended as a long-lasting chew and may not be suitable for every dog, particularly smaller dogs that prefer softer treats.
As part of our efforts to resolve the matter, we offered a credit for the product if the unused treats were returned to us. We believe we made every reasonable effort to find a satisfactory outcome and were disappointed that we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations.
